Under RTE Act 2009, all the students belonging to weaker sections will get 25% reservation in all govt. / private schools in the state. The Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan is a flagship programme for the achievement of Universalization of Elementary Education (UEE) in a timely manner. SSA as mandated by the 86th amendment to the Constitution of India making free and compulsory education to children of 6 to 14 years age group, a fundamental right. Accordingly, Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) in Tamil Nadu is inviting RTE Tamilnadu Admission Online Application Form 2022-23. RTE Act is applicable for all states to provide free and compulsory education to the children of poor families.

-- Children of Parents falling under economically weaker sections, disadvantaged groups or disadvantaged groups-special category.

-- For LKG admissions, date of birth must be b/w 1 August 2018 to 31 July 2019.

-- For 1st Standard admission, date of birth must be b/w 1 August 2016 to 31 July 2017.

-- Applicants from BC-others, MBC, ST, SC-others, SC-arunthathiyar, OC, DNC (Denotified communities), social category not disclosed are eligible.

-- The annual income of the family of the applicant from all sources must not exceed Rs. 2 lakh.

As per the new system introduced in 2022, private schools are tagged on GIS maps. Once parents register their address, schools located within a 1 km radius from their residence will show up on the screen. A parent can select a maximum of five schools. Parents have to upload their ward's documents whose list is given below:-

Orunodoi Scheme in Assam Budget 2022-23

Finance Minister in Assam Budget 2022-23 said that "Orunodoi has literally given women of the state a ray of hope, symbolized by the rising Sun. This is an unprecedented development milestone achieved by our Government, which has had multiple benefits - economic empowerment, financial literacy, extension of nutritional support and above all, taking development to each and every home and heart".

FM said "A committed transfer of Rs. 1,000 to around 20 lakh beneficiaries is going on currently. This transfer gets credited directly into the account of the beneficiaries on the 10th of every month. This remains one of the prime women centric flagship programs of the Government of Assam".

Assam Orunodoi Scheme Amount

Orunodoi was first introduced in 2020, by the then Hon'ble Finance Minister, Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma, the assistance was scientifically fixed at Rs. 830 per beneficiary per month with the following components:-

Later, amount of the assistance was enhanced to Rs. 1000 to make this a lumpsum amount. Last year, 1.22 lakh new beneficiaries have been added, mostly in BTR areas. This year, Finance Minister proposes to bring 6 lakh additional beneficiaries under the umbrella of Orunodoi scheme.

This time, Assam govt. want to provide additional amount of Rs 250, as subsidy for 50 units of electricity directly being credited into the account of the poor. Thus, each beneficiary will be eligible to get Rs 1250 per month in next financial year. The govt's effort will be to enhance Orunodoi entitlement with strengthening of the state economy.

Orunodoi Month

Assam government decided to observe "Orunodoi Month" last year, but this could not be organized due to COVID induced pandemic. The state govt. is committed for Social Audit of beneficiary list through organizing 'Orunodoi Month' next financial year. Finance Minister hereby earmark Rs. 2000 Cr. for this scheme till Supplementary Demand.

The central government has launched PM-DAKSH Yojana portal and app on 7 August 2021. This scheme portal will make the skill development schemes accessible to the target groups of Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Safai Karamcharis. The Social Justice and Empowerment Ministry, in a statement issued on Friday, said the Pradhan Mantri Dakshta Aur Kushalta Sampann Hitgrahi (PM-DAKSH) Yojana is being implemented by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment from the year 2020-21.

PM-DAKSH (Pradhan Mantri Dakshta Aur Kushalta Sampann Hitgrahi) Yojana is a National Action Plan for skilling of marginalized persons covering SCs, OBCs, EBCs, DNTs, Sanitation workers including waste pickers.

1. PM Daksh Yojana Portal Registration / Login

Under the PM Daksh Yojana scheme, eligible target groups are being provided skill development training programmes on up-skilling/reskilling, short term training programme, long term training programme and entrepreneurship development program EDP. Target Group and Eligibility

Candidates of age group 18-45 years belonging to any of the following categories can apply for the training programme under PM-DAKSH:

Persons belonging to Scheduled Castes

Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority of State Government.

Other Backward Classes (OBCs) having Annual Family Income below Rs. 3.00 Lakh

OBC Certificate issued by appropriate Authority of State Government, and
Income Certificate below Rs. 3.00 Lakh p.a. issued by the appropriate authority of the State Government or self-certified and duly endorsed by a Gazetted officer as defined by the appropriate government will be acceptable. It is explicitly clarified that endorsement by public representatives, Gram Pradhan, Sarpanch, Councilor, notaries etc. will not be acceptable. Further, valid Below Poverty Line (BPL) card and Antodaya Anna Yojna (AAY) cards will also be acceptable as commensurate proof of annual family income of the beneficiary being within Rs. 1.00 Lakh per annum

Economically Backward Classes (EBCs) having Annual Family Income below Rs. 1.00 Lakh

Income Certificate below Rs. 1.00 Lakh p.a,issued by the appropriate authority of the State Government or self-certified and duly endorsed by a Gazetted officer as defined by the appropriate government will be acceptable. It is explicitly clarified that endorsement by public representatives, Gram Pradhan, Sarpanch, Councilor, notaries etc. will not be acceptable. Further, valid Below Poverty Line (BPL) card and Antodaya Anna Yojna (AAY) cards will also be acceptable as commensurate proof of annual family income of the beneficiary being within Rs. 1.00 Lakh per annum.
No caste certificate required in case of EBCs

De-Notified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribe (DNT)

Undertaking in the form of self-declaration of the candidate of his/her specific caste, date of birth and address alongwith the endorsement by the local Pradhan of the Community/Cluster to this effect.

Safai Karamcharis (including waste pickers) and their dependants

Objectives of PM Daksh Yojana

To improve all-round competency & adeptness of 2.7 lakh persons, over the next 5 years, beginning with nearly 0.5 lakh youth in the first year i.e. 2021-22, from the following sections of the target group:

Artisans–may be able to improve their revenue generation capacities within their practicing vocations,
Women - may be able to enter into self-employment thereby financially empowering themselves without neglecting their domestic activities; and
Youth from the target groups - may acquire long-term training and specialization in employable vocations giving them better standing in the job market.

Types of Skilling Programmes in PM Daksh Online Training

Up Skilling / Re-skilling

The training for rural artisans, domestic workers, sanitation workers etc. on the vocation of practice, such as pottery, weaving, carpentry, waste segregation, domestic workers, etc. along with financial and digital literacy.
Duration: 32 to 80 hours and spaced over up to one month.
Training cost will be limited to the extent of Common Cost Norms, besides Rs.2,500/- to trainees towards compensation of wage loss.

Short Term Trainings (focus on wage / self employment)

Various job roles as per National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)/ National Occupational Standard (NOS), issued by MSDE.
Focus on wage/self-employment opportunities such as self-employed tailors training, furniture making, food processing, etc. along with financial and digital literacy.
Duration: Normally 200 hours to 600 hours and upto6 months, as stipulated in National Occupational Standards (NOS) and Qualification Packs (QPs).
Training cost will be limited to the extent of Common Cost Norms, besides stipend to trainees in case of non-residential training.

Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDP)

SC and OBC youth who have preferably undergone skill training under the PMKVY and are having an entrepreneurial bent of mind.
Curriculum to be modelled on the programmes of MoRD being implemented by the RSETIs. To be conducted by RSETIs, NIESBUD, IIE and other similar organizations.
Sessions on Business Opportunity Guidance, Market Survey, Working Capital and its Management, Business Plan Preparation etc.
Duration: Normally 80-90 hours (10-15 days) or as stipulated by MoRD.
Training cost as per norms of MoRD/Common Cost Norms (CCN).

Long Term Courses (focus on wage / self employment)

Long Term Training in sectors having good demand in job market for wage-placement of trained candidates.
Training programmes will be as per NSQF, NCVT, AICTE, MSME etc. in areas such as production technology, plastic processing, apparel technology, health care sector, etc.
Duration: 5 months and above and usually up-to 1 year (upto 1000 hours), as stipulated by the concerned board/regulatory body of the training centre.
Training cost as per CCN or as stipulated by concerned Board besides stipend for non-residential programmes.

Key Features of the PM Daksh Yojana

Training free of cost for the trainees, 100% grants by Government.
Stipend of Rs.1,000/- to Rs.1,500/- per month per trainee for trainees having 80% and above attendance in short term and long term training.
Wage compensation @ Rs.3000/- per trainee (Rs.2500/- as per PM-DAKSH and Rs.500/- as per Common Cost Norms for trainees having 80% and above attendance in Reskilling/Up-skilling.
Trained candidates will be provided certification after successful completion of training and assessment.
Trained candidates will be provided placement after assessment and certification.

Action Plan for Skilling of SC, OBC, Sanitation Workers, Transgenders

Background

The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MoSJ&E), caters for empowerment of the socially, educationally and economically marginalized sections of the society including SCs, OBCs, Sr. Citizens, victims of alcoholism and substances abuse, transgender persons, De-notified Tribes (DNTs), EBCs, Safai Karamcharies, Waste Pickers and Manual Scavengers. Most of the persons of target group are having minimal economic assets; therefore, provision of training and enhancing their competencies is essential for economic empowerment/ upliftment of these marginalized target groups.

Many of the persons of target group belong to the category of rural artisans who have become marginalized owing to coming of better technologies in market. There is also a need to empower the women amongst the target group, who, due to their overall domestic compulsions, cannot be involved in wage employment which normally involves long working hours and sometimes migration to other cities. Similar challenges are faced by members of Sanitation Workers & Waste Pickers communities who find it difficult to get into mainstream alternate occupations and are forced to therefore engage in self-employment activities.

Similarly, the youth amongst the target group, owing to their educational backwardness also find it difficult to obtain employment with good compensation after undergoing short-term skilling courses. On the other hand it is observed that the long term vocational courses being conducted by ITIs with better market prospects are having large number of vacancies in the SC and OBC categories.

In view of the above, there is a dire need to go beyond routine skilling and instead enhance their competency levels so that artisans may improve on their revenue generation capacities within their practicing vocations, the women may enter into self-employment thereby financially empowering themselves without neglecting their domestic activities and the youth may acquire long-term training and specialization in employable vocations giving them better standing in the job market. They would either require to undergo long term programmes including ITI courses with better market for jobs or alternatively imparted some entrepreneurial development training enabling them to offer some financing and start their own small ventures.

With the above in mind, a National Action Plan for the marginalized persons of SC, OBC, EBC, DNT, Sanitation workers including waste pickers, manual scavengers, transgenders and other similar categories named 'Pradhan Mantri Dakshta Aur Kushalta Sampann Hitgrahi' (DAKSH) Yojana is proposed to be put in place with a multi-pronged strategy to improve the all-round competency and adeptness of and10 lakh persons of these categories over the next four years, beginning with nearly 1.5 lakh youth in the first year i.e. 2020-21

2. Categorization of Skilling Programmes

The MoSJ&E aspires to train persons from its target group over the period of 2020-21 to 2023-24, broadly in the following sub-categories:

A. Up-skilling/Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL):

Target Group:

Marginal rural artisans belonging to SC/OBC/EBC/DNT categories and other such entrepreneurs in addition to sanitation workers, waste pickers and their dependant who constitute the bottom of the pyramid.

Curriculum:

The training would be in situ, and the trainers would approach the artisans in their works locations. On the vocation of practice such as pottery, weaving, clay & bamboo, metal work, carpentry, waste segregation, domestic workers along with financial and digital literacy etc. The trainer has to be a master craftsman or designer or a person who is well associated with the vocation. The training would consist of improving the implements, designs and processes so that the income would double from the occupation.

Specifically in respect of sanitation workers including waste pickers and manual scavengers the curriculum will include the programmes on safe & healthy sanitation practices and RPL for waste pickers, for which QPs have been developed by NSKFDC and Skill Council for Green Jobs

Certification would be aligned with the standard process of Institute of Excellence coordinating the training programme.

Period of Training:

The duration of the training programmes will be 32 to 80 hours and spaced over upto one month, duly keeping in mind the occupational hours of the trainees.

Training Cost:

The training cost will be limited to extent of Common Cost Norms (CCN) as applicable from time to time.

Other Expenses:

As the trainees are already employed, they will be paid Rs.2500/- per person per programme, in the form of stipend, for duration of training of Up-skilling/RPL, towards compensation of their wage loss, during the period of training.

Share of Training Type:

Upskilling/Reskilling will comprise of 30% of all training conducted by NSFDC and NBCFDC and 50% of training conducted by NSKFDC.

B. Short Term Courses (focus on self employment):

Target Group:

Most disempowered groups belonging to SC/OBC/EBC/DNT and Sanitation Workers/Manual Scavengers/Waste Pickers (including dependents) categories who are illiterate/semi-illiterate and unemployed. Special focus on women, members of the transgender and beggars communities etc - with primary objective of training and providing assistance to start self-employment venture.

Curriculum:

The Curriculum of the training programmes will be as per National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)/National Occupational Standard (NOS), issued by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India in various job roles with focus on self employment opportunities such as self-employed tailors training, furniture making, food processing, carpet weaving, beautician workers, leather work, latex harvesting, tyre fitting along with financial and digital literacy etc. Every skill imparted shall have a component of Entrepreneurial Development Programme (EDP).

Period of Training:

The duration of the training programmes will be normally 200 hours to 600 hours and upto 5 months, as stipulated in National Occupational Standards (NOS) and Qualification Packs (QPs). Every training will have a component of linkage with Banks for assistance to start a self employment venture.

Training Cost:

The training cost will be as per Common Cost Norms as applicable and amended from time to time.

Other Expenses:

For non-residential training programmes, the trainees will be paid stipend (compensation of transportation charges), @ Rs.1500/- per month for SC candidates, Rs.1000/- per month to OBCs/EBCs/DNTs and Rs.1500/- per month to Sanitation Workers (including waste pickers) and their dependents.

For residential training programmes, wherever necessary, the trainees will be provided boarding and lodging and expenses compensated as per CCN, for complete duration of the training programmes. No stipend will be separately payble except in case of Safai Karamcharis; Waste Pickers & their dependants who will be paid Rs. 500/- per month.

In case of Manual Scavengers and their dependants, Rs. 3000/- per month (in compliance of the MS Act, 2013.) will be paid as stipend for both non-residential and residential training.

For conducting skill development training programme for the sensitive target groups such as Transgenders, Beggars, Victims of Substance Abuse etc. the training providers would require additional facilitation for mobilization, handholding, post placement support, providing toolkit and other measures. Keeping in view of the above, following may be admissible in case of programme for these sensitive target groups:

Handholding support for refreshment, conveyance and counseling etc. @ Rs.1000/- p. m.
Tool-kit @ upto Rs.5000/- per trainee
Mobilization and handholding @ Rs.500/- per trainee.
Stipend amount @ Rs.1000/- p.m. for non-residential training as already stipulated in SDTP scheme of NBCFDC subject to 70% overall attendance

Share of Training Type:

Short term training will comprise of 20% of all training conducted by NSFDC and NBCFDC and 40% of training conducted by NSKFDC.

C. Entrepreneurial Development Programmes (EDP):

Target Group:

SC and OBC youth who have preferably undergone skill training under the PMKVY and are having an entrepreneurial bent of mind.

Curriculum:

The Curriculum of the training programme will essentially be modelled on the programmes of Ministry of Rural Development being implemented by the RSETIs. The training would consist of sessions on Effective Communication Skills, Risk Taking Behaviour, Business Opportunity Guidance, Market Survey, Systematic Planning, Banking – Deposits, Advances and Lending, Costing & Pricing, Time Management, Working Capital and its Management, Business Plan Preparation etc.

Period of Training:

The duration of the training will normally 80 hours (10 days) or as stipulated by MoRD.

Training Cost:

The training cost will be reimbursed as per the norms of MoRD for compensation which are broadly modelled as per the Common Cost Norms.

Other Expenses:

Payment will be made as per Common Cost Norms/Guidelines of MoRD or other relevant Government documents, as in vogue.

Assessment and certification charges of Rs.1500/- per candidate will be payable to assessing and certification body.

Share of Training Type:

EDP will comprise of 30% of all training of NSFDC and NBCFDC.

D. Long Term Courses (for global class skills):

Target Group:

SC, poor OBC, EBC, DNT youth and Sanitation Workers/Manual Scavengers/Waste Pickers (including their dependants), transgenders etc who have been educated upto 10th class or more and having aspirations to be employed in sectors having good demand in job market with starting compensation of the range of at least Rs.20,000/- p.m & above with opportunities for placement abroad.

Curriculum:

The Curriculum of the training programmes will be as per NSQF, NCVT, AICTE, MSME, and other reputed certification programmes including those run by State Government entities in areas such as production technology, plastic processing, apparel technology, health care sector, tourism, aviation, nursery teachers training etc. Certification provided will be aligned with the processes of the concerned training programmes.

Period of Training:

The duration of the training programmes will be six months and above and usually upto 1 year, as stipulated by the concerned board/regulatory body of the training centre.

Training Cost:

The training cost will be as per Common Cost Norms for NSQF job roles or as stipulated by concerned board as applicable and as amended from time to time.

Other Expenses:

For residential training programmes, wherever necessary, the trainees will be provided boarding and lodging and expenses compensated as per CCN, for complete duration of the training programmes. No stipend will be separately payble except in case of Safai Karamcharis; Waste Pickers & their dependants who will be paid Rs.500/- per month.

In case of Manual Scavengers and their dependants, Rs.3000/- per month (in compliance of the MS Act, 2013.) will be paid as stipend for both non-residential and residential training.

Share of Training Type:

Long Term Training will comprise 20% of all training of NSFDC and NBCFDC and 10% of all training of NSKFDC.

The above four programmes will be implemented through the three Apex Corporations National Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation (NSFDC), National Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation (NBCFDC) & National Safai Karamcharis Finance and Development Corporation through whom an estimated 4.25 lakh persons will be trained during next four years, which will include 92,000 in the year 2020-21.

Methodology of Implementation

Notional Allocation

A Notional Allocation based on the SC population of the State (for SC candidates) and on the overall population of the State in the case of training of OBC/EBC/DNT, sanitation workers including waste pickers & other categories has been made for the year 2020-21. This allocation also takes into consideration the share of the various types of training as stipulated for the three Corporations at 2 (A) to (D) above and the need to have a minimum batch size.

Training Partners

The Corporation will extensively rely on State Skill Development Missions (SSDMs) who are expected to have ground level knowledge of the skill aspirations and employment opportunities in their state as also access to literature on Skill Gap analysis carried out by NSDC.

In addition to above the Corporation over the past five years have identified some credible Training institutes (mostly government or having significant government holding) as also Sector Skill Councils (constituted under the aegis of MSDE) and some foundations/trusts of Corporate excellence who have a good track record of conducting relevant skill training programmes and placing the trained candidates. \

Allocation of Programmes

For 2(A), 2(B) and 2(D) Expression of Interest (EOI) will be floated seeking proposals from SSDMs and the agencies identified

While SSDMs are expected to submit proposal in sync with the aspirations and employment opportunities in the state, to eliminate chances of the other councils/institutes not submitting the state relevant proposal, they will be asked to have the proposals duly endorsed by relevant District Skilling authority or SSDM authorized functionary confirming that the proposals are relevant to the district/state for enabling wage/self-employment.

In case of NSKFDC, the training agency will require to submit the proposal duly endorsed by Municipalities, Cantonment Boards, Gram Panchayat, Railways, and Government Hospitals etc. confirming availability of sufficient numbers of the target group who can be imparted training in proposed vocation.

After receipt and scrutiny of the proposals, the concerned Corporation will allocate numbers to the applicants giving due consideration to the past record of the agency in implementing the programme, assessment of employability of the job roles on offer etc. Specifically in case of NSKFDC, preference will be given to training of Manual Scavengers (MS). If required, the applicants will be called for interactions and also to resubmit modified proposals.

In case of in-sufficient proposals from a state, the number may be transferred to other states with good track record and from where the proposals have been received.

Specifically with respect to 2(C) i.e. EDPs, an MoU is being signed with NACER, the National Centre for Excellence of RSETIs who are under the aegis of Ministry of Rural Development for carrying out EDP programmes and building bank linkages for primarily rural youth many of whom belong to the target group of the Corporations. Simultaneously other reputed government/ government promoted agencies carrying out EDP will also be engaged with, subject mutual consultations and consensus.

Implementation of Programmes

Mobilization of the candidates will be done through various means of publicity by the training agencies.
Selection Committee Meetings will be held for selection of the candidates which will have to mandatorily include a functionary of the Central/State govt. and their undertaking or PSBs/RRBs esp. in case of private training partners.
Training courses will be in alignment with NSQF/AICTE/NCVT etc. guidelines.
Training will be conducted as per Common Norms, NCVT etc. guidelines
Third party assessment and certification of the candidates will be done after successful completion of the training programme.
The trained candidates will be facilitated for placement in wage/self-employment.

Outcome

The targeted outcome of the competency enhancement training programmes will be as under:

(4.1) Up-skilling Programmes:

Enhancement of earnings of livelihood as self certified by the beneficiaries.

(4.2) Short Term Training Programmes:

The overall placement of the trained persons should by 70% in wage/self employment.

(4.3) Entrepreneurship Development Programme:

After completion of EDP training, at least 70% candidates should be self-employed and/or wage employed to earn their livelihood.

(4.4) Long Term Training Programmes:

The overall placement of the trained persons should by 70% in wage/self-employment with at least 70% of those employed being in wage employment.

Monitoring

The implementation of the training programmes will be monitored as under:

The Apex Corporations will directly monitor all the training programmes. This will include participation either directly or through their representatives in the Selection Committee Meetings, review of Selection Committee meeting minutes having details of the trainees, e-based and direct surveillance of the training programmes, consolidation of details of trained beneficiaries in the designated portal etc.

Convergence with ITI System of Vocational Education

A vibrant system of training exists in the ITIs set-up under erstwhile Ministry of Labour and presently with MSDE. These ITIs offer vocational selective long term courses with good employability. However the capacity of these ITIs is not being fully utilized especially in respect of seats reserved for the SC category including sanitation workers, manual scavengers and their dependants.

The Ministry will therefore put in place an incentive system to facilitate Long Term courses for six lakh persons, belonging to these target groups, in the industry linked ITIs which have good job employment potential. For this the Ministry will establish linkages with MSDE/DGET and devise a system for incentivizing the ITIs to mobilize poor SC and dependents of sanitation workers including waste pickers and manual scavengers and mentor them during course of training. In this manner a total of 6,00,000 youth will be trained by filling reserved vacancies prevailing within ITI system in next 4 years beginning with 50,000 in the first year 2020-21.

To start with, a provision of Rs.6000/- per trainee is being made for incentivising the groups as mentioned above and accordingly Rs.30.00 Crore is budgeted for this activity.

Target Group:

SC candidates as also dependents of sanitation workers including waste pickers and manual scavengers and with minimum 10th pass, selected a basis by a suitable process.

Curriculum:

The Curriculum of the training programmes will be as per NCVT in various trades having good employment potential as assessed by ITI.

Period of Training:

Duration of the training programmes will be as per norms of MSDE/ DGT.

Training Incentive:

A training incentive of upto Rs.6000/- per trainee for any specific purpose as mutually agreed upon by MoSJE & MSDE.

Payment of training expenses:

The MoSJ&E will release the funds towards mobilization/mentoring and or training of target group to MSDE/ affiliated agencies directly based on mutually agreed procedure.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G) was previously known as Indira Awaas Yojana (IAY). Central govt. led by PM Narendra Modi started this social welfare flagship programme to provide housing for the rural poor in India. A similar scheme for urban poor was launched in 2015 as Housing for All by 2022. Indira Awaas Yojana was launched in 1985 by Rajiv Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India, as one of the major flagship programs of the Ministry of Rural Development to construct houses for BPL population in the villages.

Now the central govt. is inviting PM Awas Yojana online application form at pmayg.nic.in. People can now make pmayg.nic.in registration 2022 to construct their own house. The rural housing scheme will help achieve housing for all by 2022 in all the rural areas across the country.

Beneficiaries can check their IAY / PMAYG Beneficiary Details or SECC Family Member details using the link - IAY / PMAY-G Beneficiary List & SECC Family Member Details. रायसेन। मध्य प्रदेश के रायसेन जिले में एक दिल दहला देने वाली घटना सामने आई है। जहां सर्राफा व्यापारी ने पत्नी और 2 बच्चों को जहर दिया और खुद फांसी के फंदे पर झूल गया। जिसमें पति-पत्नी समेत 1 बच्चे की मौत हो गई। जबकि 1 बच्चे की हालत गंभीर है। उसे भोपाल रेफर किया है।

रायसेन के बाड़ी वार्ड नं. 8 के रहने वाले जितेंद्र सर्राफा (35) ने अज्ञात कारणों के चलते पत्नी रिंकी (32), बेटे वैष्णव (12) और कार्तिक (10) को पहले जहर दिया फिर खुद भी फांसी के फंदे पर झूल गया। जिससे पत्नी, बेटे वैष्णव और व्यापारी की मौत हो गई। वहीं छोटे बेटे कार्तिक को गंभीर हालत में भोपाल रेफर किया है।

जबलपुर। मध्य प्रदेश के जबलपुर शहर से करीब 17 किलोमीटर दूर पनागर थाना क्षेत्र में सोमवार को कार की टक्कर से बाइक सवार मां-बेटे सहित 3 की मौत हो गई। कार की टक्कर से मोपेड सवार पटवारी भी घायल हो गए।

थाना प्रभारी आरके सोनी ने बताया कि परोड़ा गांव निवासी संदीप बर्मन (18) अपनी मां किरन (35) तथा एक अन्य महिला चंद्रकुमारी बर्मन (40) के साथ अंधुआ गांव किसी रिश्तेदार के घर शोक कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने जा रहा था।संदीप बर्मन बाइक चला रहा था तथा किरन व चंद्रकुमारी पीछे बैठे थे। ग्राम सिंगलदीप में नहर की पुलिया के पास मझौली की तरफ से आ रही कार ने बाइक को टक्कर मार दी। बाइक को टक्कर मारने केबाद कार चालक ने एक मोपेड सवार को भी टक्कर मारी। इसके बाद अनियंत्रित हुई कार कुछ दूर जाकर पलट गई।

दुर्घटना में संदीप बर्मन, चंद्रकुमारी बर्मन व किरन बर्मन बाइक से गिर पड़े। सिर में गंभीर चोट आने पर तीनों को पनागर अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया, जहां किरन बर्मन को मृत घोषित कर दिया गया। संदीप व चंद्रकुमारी को मेडिकल कालेज अस्पताल रेफर किया गया, लेकिन उनकी भी रास्ते में मौत हो गई। मोपेड सवार घायल पटवारी विकास श्रीधर को निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। वहीं कार चालक गोविंद उर्फ हरशू खंगार को भी चोट आई है, उसके खिलाफ FIR दर्ज कर ली गई है। जबलपुर की महत्वपूर्ण खबरों के लिए कृपया JABALPUR NEWS पर क्लिक करें.

भोपाल। सिर्फ मध्य प्रदेश ही नहीं बल्कि पूरे भारत में कांग्रेस के सबसे शक्तिशाली नेताओं में से एक कमलनाथ पिछले कुछ दिनों से घबराए हुए नजर आ रहे हैं। 15 दिन में सोनिया गांधी से उनकी चार मुलाकात हो चुकी हैं। पिछले 7 दिनों में हाईकमान से मिलने 2 बार दिल्ली जा चुके हैं। इस बीच भोपाल स्थित सरकारी आवास में अरुण और अजय को बुलाकर फोटो जारी करवाए। यह सब कुछ कमलनाथ का अंदाज नहीं है।

सन 2018, जब कमलनाथ ने मध्य प्रदेश की सक्रिय राजनीति में कदम रखा था। तब भी उनकी गतिविधियों में रणनीति नजर आती थी। आधे प्रदेश में ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया के नाम का शोर मचा हुआ था, लेकिन कमलनाथ आश्वस्त नजर आते थे। पिछले दिनों अचानक उनके चेहरे पर चिंता की लकीरें दिखाई दे रहीं हैं। अरुण यादव और अजय सिंह राहुल कि सोनिया गांधी से मुलाकात और प्रशांत किशोर की रिपोर्ट को इसका कारण माना जा सकता है, लेकिन गांधी परिवार में कमलनाथ की पकड़ इतनी भी कमजोर नहीं है।

भोपाल। Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology एवं Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya,Bhopal हॉस्टल कैंपस में रैगिंग के मामले सामने आए हैं। बरकतुल्लाह के मामले में तो जांच चल रही है लेकिन मैनिट भोपाल के मामले में व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर गोपनीय लाभ मिलने के बाद पीड़ित छात्र ने शिकायत वापस ले ली।

MANIT BHOPAL हॉस्टल में रैगिंग, रात में शिकायत सुबह समझौता

मौलाना आजाद राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान के हॉस्टल में 23-24 अप्रैल की दरमियानी रात रैगिंग का मामला सामने आया। पीड़ित स्टूडेंट हॉस्टल केंपस से जेपी हॉस्पिटल तक मेडिकल के लिए गया। मेडिकल के बाद वापस कैंपस में लौटा और शिकायत की लेकिन सुबह सब कुछ सामान्य हो गया। बताया जा रहा है कि शिकायत वापस लेने के लिए उस स्टूडेंट को कुछ विशेष प्रकार के लाभ दिए गए हैं।

भोपाल। मध्य प्रदेश की राजधानी भोपाल में लोक शिक्षण संचालनालय के सामने पिछले 1 महीने से प्रदर्शन कर रहे पिछड़ा वर्ग के चयनित शिक्षकों ने आमरण अनशन का ऐलान कर दिया। हालांकि उन्होंने यह नहीं बताया कि आमरण अनशन पर कौन-कौन बैठ गया है। प्रदर्शनकारी, नियुक्ति पत्र की मांग कर रहे हैं। 27% ओबीसी आरक्षण का विवाद हाईकोर्ट में लंबित है।

मध्य प्रदेश में 27% ओबीसी आरक्षण के लिए भूख हड़ताल

चयनित शिक्षकों ने बताया कि विगत अक्टूबर और नवंबर महीने में 11 विषयों में OBC को नियुक्ति दी गई थी, लेकिन माध्यमिक और उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षक भर्ती के 6 विषयों में 27 प्रतिशत रिजर्वेशन के बजाय 14 प्रतिशत के आधार पर ही नियुक्ति दी गई थी। शेष आरक्षण कोटे की नियुक्तियां होल्ड कर दी गईं थी। इसलिए चयनित शिक्षकों की मांग है कि होल्ड की नियुक्तियां भी रिलीज की जाएं। साथ ही सभी नियुक्तियों में भर्ती का आधार 27 फीसदी रिजर्वेशन माना जाए।

नयी दिल्ली। भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने स्पष्ट किया है कि सभी आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता एवं सहायिका को ग्रेच्युटी भुगतान कानून, 1972 के तहत ग्रेच्युटी का अधिकार है।

किस कानून के तहत आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता को सरकारी कर्मचारी का दर्जा मिला

सुप्रीम कोर्ट में न्यायमूर्ति अजय रस्तोगी और न्यायमूर्ति अभय एस ओका की पीठ के समक्ष गुजरात की आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं से संबंधित याचिका की सुनवाई हुई। दावा किया गया कि आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं को 1972 के कानून की धारा 2(ई) के अनुसार शासकीय कर्मचारी नहीं माना जा सकता तथा ICDS परियोजना को उद्योग नहीं कहा जा सकता है। उच्चतम न्यायालय ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा कानून, 2013 के प्रावधानों और शिक्षा का अधिकार कानून की धारा 11 के कारण आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र भी वैधानिक कर्तव्यों का पालन करते हैं।

सबसे पहले ध्वनि की गति का सिद्धांत समझिए

ध्वनि दिव्यांग होती है। वह अपने पैरों पर नहीं चल सकती। उसे आगे बढ़ने के लिए किसी माध्यम की जरूरत होती है। उस माध्यम की डेंसिटी (Density, हिंदी में घनत्व) जितनी ज्यादा होगी ध्वनि की गति भी उतनी ही ज्यादा होगी। फिजिक्स का यही सिद्धांत अपने जनरल नॉलेज क्वेश्चन का आंसर है।

ग्वालियर। अवैध काँलोनियों में अवैध निर्माण तोड़ने के साथ साथ संबंधित काँलोनाइजर के खिलाफ पुलिस में FIR भी दर्ज कराएँ। यह निर्देश कलेक्टर श्री कौशेलेन्द्र विक्रम सिंह ने अंतर विभागीय समन्वय बैठक में जिले के सभी एसडीएम एवं नगर निगम के अधिकारियों को दिए। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा अवैध काँलोनी विकसित करने की प्रवृत्ति को सख्ती से रोका जाए।

ग्वालियर शहर में अवैध कालोनियों के खिलाफ अभियान का ऐलान

सोमवार को यहाँ कलेक्ट्रेट के सभागार में आयोजित हुए बैठक में कलेक्टर श्री सिंह ने नगर निगम के अधिकारियों एवं संबंधित एसडीएम को निर्देश दिए कि ग्वालियर शहर में अभियान बतौर अवैध काँलोनियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाए। बैठक में जानकरी दी गई कि एंटी माफिया अभियान के तहत मई माह के अंत तक शहर की लगभग 60 अवैध काँलोनियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई कर दी जाएगी।

BHOPAL जिपं CEO को हाईकोर्ट का नोटिस, ग्राम पंचायत सचिव के ट्रांसफर का विवाद

जबलपुर। मध्य प्रदेश की राजधानी भोपाल की जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी को हाई कोर्ट ने नोटिस जारी करके जवाब तलब किया है। मामला ग्राम पंचायत सचिव श्रीमती मंगला वर्मा के विवादित ट्रांसफर का है। CEO ने हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के बावजूद पंचायत सचिव का अभ्यावेदन निराकृत नहीं किया बल्कि निरस्त कर दिया था।

श्रीमती मंगला वर्मा का ट्रांसफर दिनाँक 06/09/21 को कार्यालय जनपद पंचायत, फंदा से ग्राम पंचायत खजूरी सड़क किया गया था। ट्रांसफर आदेश के पालन में उनके द्वारा, ग्राम पंचायत खजूरी सड़क में उपस्थिति दे दी गई थी। उसके बाद मिथ्या शिकायत के आधार पर श्रीमती वर्मा को दिनाँक 04/2/2022 को जनपद पंचायत फंदा में संलग्न कर दिया गया एवम उनकी पंचायत का अतिरिक्त प्रभार, श्री रामफूल बैरागी, सचिव परवलिया सड़क को दे दिया गया था।

तत्पश्चात, दिनाँक 21/2/22 को अचानक श्रीमती मंगला वर्मा का ट्रांसफर ग्राम पंचायत, खजूरी सड़क से ग्राम पंचायत परवलिया सड़क कर दिया गया था। पीड़ित होकर, श्रीमति वर्मा द्वारा उच्च न्यायालय जबलपुर की शरण ली गई थी। हाईकोर्ट ने दिनाँक 16/3/22 को याचिका का निराकरण करते हुए, जिला पंचायत सीईओ को, श्रीमती वर्मा के आवेदन के निराकरण के निर्देश दिये गए थे। निराकरण की अवधि में ट्रांसफर आदेश को स्टे कर, श्रीमती वर्मा को खजूरी सड़क में कार्य करने की अनुमति दी गई थी।

दिनाँक 12/04/22 को सीईओ जिला पंचायत द्वारा कारण रहित आदेश जारी कर, श्रीमती वर्मा के अभ्यावेदन को निरस्त कर, उन्हें परवलिया सड़क मे कार्यभार ग्रहण करने हेतु, निर्देशित किया गया।

श्रीमती मंगला वर्मा द्वारा पुनः हाई कोर्ट जबलपुर की शरण ली गई। उनके अधिवक्ता श्री अमित चतुर्वेदी ने बताया कि कोर्ट ने श्रीमती वर्मा के आवेदन को निरस्त किया जाने को गंभीर विषय माना गया है। अधिवक्ता अमित चतुर्वेदी ने कोर्ट को बताया कि दिनाँक 6/09/21 को ट्रांसफर के पश्चात, दिनाँक 04/02/22 को मिथ्या शिकायत के आधार पर संलग्नीकरण एवम 21/2/22 को पुनः ट्रांसफर द्वेषपूर्ण एवं दंडात्मक प्रतीत होता है।

जिला पंचायत भोपाल के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी द्वारा, पंचायत सचिव के ट्रांसफर निरस्तीकरण अभ्यावेदन को बिना कोई कारण का उल्लेख किये, निरस्त किया जाना गम्भीर विषय है। किसी भी कर्मचारी का दंडस्वरूप ट्रांसफर या संलग्नीकरण मान्य नही है। चूँकि ट्रांसफर कोई दंड नही है। हाईकोर्ट, जबलपुर ने अधिवक्ता अमित चतुर्वेदी से सहमत होते हुए, जिला पंचायत भोपाल के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी से जबाब तलब करते हुए, ट्रांसफर आदेश दिनाँक 21/02/22 एवं 12/04 /22 को स्टे किया है एवं, श्रीमती मंगला वर्मा को ग्राम पंचायत खजूरी सड़क मे कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की अनुमति दी है। कर्मचारियों से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण समाचारों के लिए कृपया karmchari news पर क्लिक करें.

Definition and punishment of section 248 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in simple Hindi

यदि कोई व्यक्ति किसी अपराध में दोषी पाया गया और कोई अन्य व्यक्ति अपराधी के खिलाफ उसी प्रकार की एक नई शिकायत कर दे, तो क्या अपराधी व्यक्ति को इस आधार पर दंडित किया जा सकता है कि उसने पहले भी ऐसा अपराध किया है। आइए पढ़ते हैं कानून क्या कहता है:-

दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 की धारा 248 की परिभाषा:-

• परिवाद शिकायत पर मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष कोई आरोपी पेश हुआ है, एवं मजिस्ट्रेट की राय से लगता है कि लगाए गए आरोपी सही नही है तब मजिस्ट्रेट आरोपी व्यक्ति को छोड़ देगा।

• अगर मजिस्ट्रेट को लगता है की लगाए गए आरोप उचित एवं ठोस हैं तब मजिस्ट्रेट आरोपी व्यक्ति के अपराधों को विरचित करेगा।

व्यक्ति पर लगाए गए वर्तमान आरोप सिद्ध नहीं होते लेकिन पूर्व में वह इसी प्रकार के मामले में अपराधी पाया गया था, तब ऐसी स्थिति में उसके पूर्व के दोषों को तब तक नहीं देखा जाएगा जब तक कि वर्तमान का अपराध सिद्ध नहीं हो जाता।

उदाहरण- एक व्यक्ति को मारपीट के मामले में पूर्व में दंडित किया जा चुका है और कोई दूसरा व्यक्ति फिर से मारपीट का आरोप लगाते हुए साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत किए बिना यह दलील देता है कि आरोपित व्यक्ति पूर्व में भी दंडित किया जा चुका है इसलिए यह विश्वास किया जाना चाहिए कि इस बार भी उसने अपराध किया है, तब मजिस्ट्रेट ऐसी दलील को खारिज कर देगा। वर्तमान अपराध का स्वतंत्रता पूर्वक सिद्ध होना अनिवार्य है। पुराने आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड के आधार पर सजा को कठोर किया जा सकता है परंतु किसी भी व्यक्ति का क्राइम रिकॉर्ड, किसी भी नए आरोप में दंडित करने के लिए उचित एवं पर्याप्त नहीं होगा। Notice: this is the copyright protected post. do not try to copy of this article)

Madhya Pradesh Proffessional Examination Board (मध्य प्रदेश व्यावसायिक परीक्षा मंडल, भोपाल) ने पीपीटी फिजिकल प्रोफिशिएंसी टेस्ट-2022 के एडमिट कार्ड जारी कर दिए हैं। ऐसे अभ्यर्थी जिन्होंने एमपी पुलिस कांस्टेबल एग्जाम क्लियर कर लिया है, फिजिकल प्रॉफिसिएंसी टेस्ट के लिए एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।

गौरतलब है की एमपी पुलिस कांस्टेबल Stage-1 का आयोजन दिनांक 8 जनवरी 2022 को दो शिफ्ट में किया गया था। जिसमें करीब 10 लाख अभ्यर्थियों ने पार्टिसिपेट किया था। इस परीक्षा का रिजल्ट 24 मार्च 2022 और 18 फरवरी 2022 को आंसर की जारी की जा चुकी है।

4. इस लिंक पर क्लिक करते ही आपके सामने एक बॉक्स ओपन होगा।

5. इसमें अपना एप्लीकेशन नंबर या रोल नंबर और डेट ऑफ बर्थ सम्मिट करके दिए गए कैप्चा क्वेश्चन को हल करें।

6. एडमिट कार्ड आपके सामने होगा। इसका प्रिंट आउट निकाल कर अपने पास भविष्य के लिए SAVE करें।

यूपी पुलिस में SI व ASI के 243 पदों पर शुरू होगी नई भर्ती

लखनऊ उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस भर्ती एवं प्रोन्नति बोर्ड लखनऊ की ओर से SI व ASI के 243 पदों पर नई भर्ती शुरू होने जा रही है। इसके लिए पुलिस भर्ती बोर्ड ने संबंधित एजेंसियों ने टेंडर मांगे हैं। यूपीपीबीपीबी की ओर से uppbpb.gov.in पर जारी नोटिस के अनुसाार इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया को पूरा करने के लिए ओपन टेंडर के कार्यदायी संस्थाओं को भर्ती बोर्ड में उपस्थित होकर अपनी निविदाएं (टेंडर) जमा कराने के लिए 25 अप्रैल 2022 तक का समय दिया गया था जिसे अब बढ़ा कर 6 मई 2022 कर दिया गया है।आपको बता दें कि यूपी पुलिस की इस नई भर्ती में पुलिस उपनिरीक्षक(SI) (गोपानीय) के 66 पदों, पुलिस सहायक उपनिरीक्षक (ASI) (लिपिक) के 143 पदों एवं पुलिस सहायक उपनिरीक्षक (लेखा) के 34 पदों को सीधी भर्ती 2021-22 द्वारा भरे जाने के लिए ओपन टेंडर के माध्यम से कार्यदायी संस्थाओं को 6 मई 2022 तक सुबह 10 बजे से दोपहर दो बजे तक आमंत्रित किए गए हैं।इसके लिए बोर्ड की वेबसाइट www.uppbpb.gov.in पर प्रदर्शित किए गए आररएफक्यू में निहित शर्तों के अनुसार, अपनी- अपनी निविदाएं निर्धारित समय तक जमा करा सकते हैं।आपको बता दें कि यूपी पुलिस ने इस साल 26 हजार से ज्यादा कांस्टेबल भर्ती शुरू करने के लिए टेंडर मांगे थे। उम्मीद है कि राज्य में जल्द ही कांस्टेबल भर्ती के लिए आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जाएगी।

सुलतानपुर शासन से प्राप्त निर्देशानुसार जिलाधिकारी रवीश गुप्ता ने आज कलेक्ट्रेट स्थित अपने कक्ष में जनता दर्शन में आये जन सामान्य की कोविड -19 की टेस्टिंग कराने के पश्चात सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का अनुपालन कराते हुए जन सामान्य की समस्याओं/शिकायतों को गम्भीरता पूर्वक सुनकर उसका समय से निस्तारण हेतु सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया। जिलाधिकारी ने जनता दर्शन में प्राप्त प्रार्थना पत्रो को संबंधित अधिकारियों को निस्तारण हेतु प्रेषण करने के निर्देश उपस्थित अधिकारियों को दिये। उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि संबंधित अधिकारी प्राप्त शिकायतों का निस्तारण प्राथमिकता के आधार पर करना सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि लोगों का ज्यादा से ज्यादा भला हो सके। इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता न बरती जाए। इस अवसर पर अपर जिलाधिकारी (वि०/रा०) मनोज कुमार पाण्डेय सहित जनता दर्शन में आये आम जन उपस्थित रहे।

रोस्टर के मुताबिक बिजली आपूर्ति न होने पर सीएम योगी सख्त

लखनऊ भीषण गर्मी में बीते कुछ दिनों से कई क्षेत्रों में निर्धारित रोस्टर के अनुसार बिजली आपूर्ति होने को सरकार ने गंभीरता से लिया है। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि तमाम क्षेत्रों से शिड्यूल के अनुसार बिजली न मिलने की शिकायतें आ रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि ऊर्जा विभाग और पावर कार्पोरेशन सभी क्षेत्रों में तय रोस्टर के अनुसार बिजली आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करें और इसके लिए जो भी व्यवस्था जरूरी हो वह तत्काल की जाए। उन्होंने पावर कार्पोरेशन को सख्त हिदायत दी कि इसमें किसी तरह की लापरवाही स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में व्यापक सुधार की जरूरत है। बकायेदारों से वसूली के लिए एकमुश्त समाधान योजना (OTS) लागू करने के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं।प्रदेश में गर्मी बढ़ने के साथ ही बिजली संकट गहराने लगा है। तमाम क्षेत्रों से बिजली कटौती की शिकायतें मिल रही हैं। इसे गंभीरता से लेते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने सोमवार शाम ऊर्जा विभाग व पावर कार्पोरेशन के आला अधिकारियों की बैठक बुलाकर हालात की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने कहा कि आपूर्ति में सुधार के लिए सभी जरूरी कदम उठाए जाएं और यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि गर्मी में लोगों को बिजली की समस्या का सामना न करना पड़े। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि तेज गर्मी व लू का मौसम चल रहा है। ऐसे में गांवों या शहरों में अनावश्यक बिजली कटौती न की जाए। जरूरत हो तो अतरिक्त बिजली खरीदने की व्यवस्था की जाए। ट्रांसफार्मर जलने व तार गिरने जैसी दिक्कतों का बिना किसी विलंब के निस्तारण किया जाए।सीएम ने बिजली के झूलते लटकते बिजली तारों को चरणबद्ध तरीके से भूमिगत किए जाने पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि तारों का संजाल न केवल शहर की सुंदरता खराब करते हैं बल्कि आए दिन दुर्घटना का कारण भी बनते हैं। बिजली तारों के भूमिगत किए जाने के काम में और तेजी लाई जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बिजली उत्पादन के लिए कोयले की उपलब्धता सतत बनाए रखी जाए। अभी प्रदेश में कोयले की कमी नहीं है किंतु मांग के अनुरूप कोयले की आपूर्ति सुगम बनी रहे इसके लिए भारत सरकार से सतत संवाद बनाए रखा जाए।सीएम ने नगरों में स्मार्ट मीटर लगाने के काम में तेजी लाने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि जिन घरों में अब भी बिजली कनेक्शन नहीं है उन्हें पात्रता के अनुसार सौभाग्य योजना अंतर्गत कनेक्शन दिया जाए। प्रदेश में हर गांव-हर घर बिजली पहुंचनी चाहिए।सीएम योगी ने कहा कि बिजली आपूर्ति होती रहे इसके लिए समय से बिल का भुगतान जरूरी है। बिजली का उपभोग करने वाले हर उपभोक्ता की यह जिम्मेदारी है कि वह समय से बिजली बिल का भुगतान करे। ऊर्जा विभाग व विद्युत निगमों को बिल के समयबद्ध संकलन के लिए ठोस प्रयास करना होगा। बकायेदारों से लगातार संपर्क और संवाद कर उन्हें बिल जमा करने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाए। गांवों में स्वयं सहायता समूहों व बीसी सखी के माध्यम से बिल संकलन जमा कराए जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक दशा में यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि एक भी उपभोक्ता को गलत बिजली बिल न मिले। सभी को समय से बिल मिल जाए।

सुलतानपुर सिविल लाइंस स्थित राणा प्रताप पी जी कालेज के बीएड विभाग ने योग शिविर का आयोजन किया जिसमें बीएड प्रथम वर्ष के विद्यार्थियों ने प्रतिभाग किया। यहाँ बीएड विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ भारती सिंह,डॉ कल्पना सिंह, शांतिलता कुमारी, डॉ सीमा सिंह, डॉ संतोष सिंह अंश सुमित यादव, अभिषेक सिंह ने भी योग के आसन किये। यहाँ योग साधिका महिमा यादव ने योग के महत्त्व को रेखांकित किया। उनके द्वारा जो योग कराए गए उनके नाम और लाभ इस प्रकार है सुखासन यह योग मन को शांति प्रदान करता है, तड़ासन इससे शरीर सुडौल बना रहता है, वज्रासन इससे पीठ और कमर दर्द की समस्या दूर होती है, वृक्षासन इस योग के अभ्यास से तनाव दूर होता है, अर्धमतसयेनद्रासन योग मधुमेह और कमरदर्द में लाभ देता है।

प्राणायाम के अंतर्गत जो योग, योग साधिका ने कराए वे निम्न थे भस्तिका प्राणायाम इस योग को करने से मन शांत रहता है और ब्लड प्रेशर सही रहता है,कपालभाति प्राणायाम के अभ्यास से ब्लड सर्कुलेशन अच्छा रहता है, अनुलोम- विलोम के नियमित अभ्यास से फेफड़ें शक्तिशाली होते है और पाचनतंत्र ठीक रहता है,भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करने से तनाव और चिंता से मुक्ति मिलती है और गला ठीक रहता है, सूर्य नमस्कार करने से शरीर में लचीलापन रहता , हड्डियां मजबूत बनती है , कब्ज ,तनाव अनिद्रा को दूर करता है। इन विभिन्न योग को सीखने और अभ्यास करने डीएसएम नर्सरी स्कूल के कक्षा 6 से 8 के विद्यार्थी भी आये थे और योग करने हेतु बच्चे उत्साहित और प्रसन्न दिखे। प्राचार्य प्रो डी के त्रिपाठी में कहा कि योग तन मन को सुंदर और स्वस्थ बनाता है। बीएड विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ भारती सिंह ने कहा कि योग शिविर का मकसद प्रशिक्षणरत छात्रों के लिये इसलिये कराया गया कि वे स्वयं फिट रहे और अपने आने वाले विद्यार्थियों को भी फिट रखें। हरेक अध्यापक योग को बढ़ाने में मदद कर सकता है। डॉ कल्पना सिंह ने कहा कि इस योग प्रशिक्षण से विद्यार्थियों के तन और मन को एकाग्र करने में मदद मिलेगी। शांतिलता कुमारी ने कहा कि विद्यार्थियों को योग अपनी नियमित दिनचर्या का अनिवार्य हिस्सा बनाना चाहिए। डॉ सीमा का कहना था कि योग आत्मा से परमात्मा के साक्षात्कार का माध्यम है। डॉ संतोष कुमार सिंह अंश ने बताया कि योग हमें निरोगी बनाता है, मन शांत रहता है ऊर्जावान बना रहता है। यहां पर बीएड प्रथम और द्वितीय वर्ष के विद्यार्थियों के साथ डीएसएम नर्सरी स्कूल के विद्यार्थी और स्टॉफ मौजूद थे।

रेप के झूठे केस में फंसाने वाली महिला पर हाईकोर्ट ने लगाया 10 हजार का जुर्माना

लखनऊ इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने एक महत्वपूर्ण फैसले में शादी से पहले पति के खिलाफ बलात्कार के 'झूठे' आरोपों पर एफआईआर दर्ज कराने वाली महिला पर 10 हज़ार रूपये का हर्जाना लगाया है।महिला ने बाद में आरोपी से ही शादी कर ली थी। कोर्ट ने आरोपी पति के खिलाफ दर्ज झूठी एफआईआर भी रद्द कर दी है।यह आदेश जस्टिस अंजनी कुमार मिश्र और जस्टिस दीपक वर्मा की खंडपीठ ने सलमान उर्फ मोहम्मद सलमान की याचिका पर दिया।हाईकोर्ट ने टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि हमारे देश में न्याय व्यवस्था पहले से ही केसों के अधिक बोझ से जूझ रही है। कानूनी प्रक्रिया का दुरुपयोग स्थिति को और अधिक जटिल करने वाला है जो अदालत और जांच एजेंसियों का कीमती समय बर्बाद कर रहा है। यदि जांच एजेंसी और अदालत दोनों को झूठे मामलों से निपटने में समय लगायेगी तो वास्तविक मामलों का निपटारा नहीं हो सकेगा। याची पर आरोप लगाया गया कि उसने शादी का वायदा कर शिकायतकर्ता के साथ शारीरिक संबंध स्थापित किए।फिर शादी करने से इनकार कर दिया। उसके साथ दुराचार किया गया है।हालांकि बाद में दोनों ने शादी कर ली और समझौता कर लिया।

एकतरफा प्यार में सिरफिरे ने बेटी समेत मां-बाप को उतरा मौत के घाट

लखनऊ गोरखपुर जिले में एक सिरफिरे आशिक ने एकतरफा प्यार में नाकाम होने पर ट्रिपल मर्डर की सनसनीखेज वारदात को अंजाम दिया । सिरफिरे आशिक धारदार हथियार से हमला कर युवती समेत उसके मां-बाप की हत्या कर डाली। वहीं पुलिस की मुस्तैदी से हत्यारोपी युवक को मौके से गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। मामला खोराबार थाना क्षेत्र के रायगंज इलाके का है जहां ट्रिपल मर्डर की वारदात की सूचना पर एडीजी और एसएसपी भी मौके पर पहुंचे। पुलिस ने घटना की गंभीरता को देखते हुए शव को फौरन मेडिकल कॉलेज भेजा। साथ ही एहतियातन गांव में भारी फोर्स की तैनाती की गई।गौरतलब है की खोराबार थाना क्षेत्र में रायगंज गांव के रहने वाले गामा निषाद बंगला चौक पर परिवार के साथ रहते थे जबकि गामा के बड़े भाई रामा निषाद रायगंज में ही रहते हैं। बताया जा रहा है कि रामा निषाद की बड़ी बेटी की शादी है।सोमवार को परिवार में मटकोड़वा की रस्म होनी थी। इसी कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने गामा अपनी पत्नी संजू और बेटी प्रीती के साथ रात करीब 9 बजे पैदल ही जा रहे थे। घर से करीब 800 मीटर की दूरी पर रास्ते में घात लगाकर बैठे हमलावर ने पूरे परिवार को घेर लिया।

अभी गामा कुछ समझ पाते कि इससे पहले हमलावर ने प्रीती पर धारदार हथियार से हमला बोल दिया। वहीं बेटी को बचाने गये मां-बाप के ऊपर भी सिरफिरे युवक ने धारदार हथियार से ताबड़तोड़ वार किया।धारदार हथियार से घायल तीनों की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई।घटना की सूचना पर एसएसपी , एसपी सिटी , सीओ कैन्ट मौके पर पहुंचे, जहां से शवों को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा गया। एसएसपी ने घटना के संबंध में बताया कि प्रेम प्रसंग को लेकर हत्या की वारदात को अंजाम देने वाले हत्यारोपी युवक अलोक पासवान को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। बताया जा रहा है कि हत्यारोपी आलोक पासवान पड़ोस के जिले संतकबीर नगर का रहने वाला है और खोराबार में अपने मामा महेंद्र पासवान के घर रहता था।

सुलतानपुर जिलाधिकारी रवीश गुप्ता ने तहसील जयसिंहपुर का औचक स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया ।निरीक्षण के दौरान राजस्व अभिलेखागार,कोर्टरूम,मालखाने,पुरानी फाइलों के रखरखाव ,पुराने वादों के निस्तारण की स्थिती,परिसर की साफ़ सफाई आदि के बारे में जायजा लिया ।

जिलाधिकारी द्वारा उपस्थिति पंजिका का अवलोकन किया सभी अधिकारी कर्मचारी उपस्थित पाए गए।जिलाधिकारी ने राजस्व अभिलेखागार में बस्ते खुलवाकर रिकॉर्ड चेक किया तथा रिकॉर्ड की साफ़ सफ़ाई व व्यवस्थित डंग से रखने के निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारी/कर्मचारी को दिए। उन्होंने पेशकर द्वारा फाइलें दिखाने में सही जानकारी न होने पर कड़े निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी द्वारा पुराने वादों यथा धारा 367/79 के तहत 1994 का वाद रमाशंकर वनाम पार्वती ,वाद संख्या 284/294 चिंतामणि वनाम शुखराज के रिकॉर्ड को चेक किया । उन्होंने रिकॉर्ड चेक के दौरान कुछ अभिलेख नॉन वारकोड पर दर्ज होने पर कड़ी नाराजगी जाहिर की तथा बारकोड पेपर पर दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए।उन्होंने संबंधित को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा की पुराने अभिलेखों का रखरखाव सावधानी से रखे, वादो के निस्तारण में दिए गए अंतिम अवसर का कड़ाई से पालन करे,बार बार अंतिम अवसर न दिया जाए।इस अवसर पर उपजिलाधिकारी अरविंद कुमार,तहसीलदार अरविंद मिश्रा ,नायब तहसीलदार संध्या सहित अन्य कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहें।

दिल्ली के नरेला औद्योगिक क्षेत्र से हत्या की एक ऐसी सनसनीखेज वारदात सामने आई है जिसने जांच कर रही पुलिस टीम को भी सकते में डाल दिया। यहां एक पति ने अपनी दूसरी पत्नी की गलत हरकतों से परेशान होकर उसकी हत्या कर दी और फिर उसकी लाश जंगल में फेंक दी। अब महिला की लाश मिलने के बाद मामले का खुलासा हुआ है।इस घटना में जो चौंकाने वाली बात है वो ये कि पति ने अपनी पत्नी की हत्या से पहले अपने दोस्त को उकसाकर उसका दुष्कर्म भी कराया, फिर खुद गला दबाकर बीवी को मौत के घाट उतार दिया। इस पूरी घटना में आरोपी की पहली पत्नी भी शामिल है। पुलिस ने तीनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है और मामले में आगे की कार्रवाई चल रही है।पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम को 18 अप्रैल को सूचना मिली थी कि नरेला में एक सरकारी स्कूल के पास झाड़ियों में एक महिला का शव मिला है। इसके बाद पुलिस ने एक टीम गठित की और मौके पर रवाना हुई। पुलिस ने झाड़ियों से महिला के शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा और राकेश नाम के चश्मदीद के हवाले से एफआईआर दर्ज की।राकेश आरोपी के साथ उसी की फैक्टरी में काम करता है। मामले की जांच के लिए दो टीम बनाई गईं और पुलिस को इस मामले में सबसे पहला सबूत एक कागज का टुकड़ा मिला जिस पर एक मोबाइल नंबर लिखा था। अपनी जांच में पुलिस को पता चला कि राकेश ने आरोपी और उसकी दूसरी पत्नी को 16 अप्रैल की रात करीब 9 बजे मंगल बाजार जाते हुए देखा था।अगले दिन रविवार को आरोपी फैक्टरी पहुंचा लेकिन वह सामान्य नहीं दिख रहा था। मामले में चश्मदीद राकेश ने जब उससे पूछा कि क्या बात है तो वह बोला कि घर में कुछ समस्या है और उसने अपनी दूसरी पत्नी को गुरुग्राम उसके परिजनों के घर भेज दिया है।अगले दिन आरोपी फैक्टरी नहीं आया और फोन पर कह दिया कि उसे बुखार है। जब राकेश ने ज्यादा जानकारी की तो आरोपी पति टूट गया और अपना गुनाह कबूल करते हुए बताया कि उसने अपने दोस्त करन की मदद से 16 अप्रैल को ही दूसरी पत्नी की गला दबाकर हत्या कर दी थी।जांच में आरोपी पति ने बताया कि उसकी दूसरी बीवी बिहार में रहती थी कुछ दिन पहले ही वह दिल्ली आकर रहने लगी थी। आरोपी का कहना है कि वह अपनी दूसरी पत्नी की हरकतों से तंग आ गया था। वह केवल खाती थी और कई बार दूसरों के घर में या छत पर जाकर सो जाती थी। जब वह बिहार में थी, तब भी उसकी ऐसी ही हरकतें थीं।इसके साथ ही आरोपी की पहली पत्नी मृतका से ईर्ष्या रखती थी और इसीलिए उसकी हत्या की साजिश रच दी। जांच में यह भी पता चला कि हत्या से पहले आरोपी ने अपने दोस्त करन को दूसरी पत्नी का दुष्कर्म करने के लिए उकसाया था, जिसके बाद करन ने उसका दुष्कर्म किया और फिर आरोपी ने पत्नी का गला दबाकर हत्या कर दी। पुलिस को जांच में कई सबूत मिले हैं जिससे तीनों आरोपियों की साजिश का पता चलता है।

पत्रकारिता दिवस पर संगोष्ठी एवं उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले पत्रकारों को सम्मानित करने का निर्णय

सुल्तानपुर श्रमजीवी पत्रकार यूनियन की एक बैठक जिला अध्यक्ष दर्शन साहू की अध्यक्षता एवं महामंत्री संतोष यादव के संचालन में प्रेस क्लब में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में पिछली कार्यवाही की पुष्टि करते हुए आगे की कार्यवाही प्रारंभ की गई। महामंत्री संतोष यादव ने वर्ष 2022 के सदस्यों की संख्या, सदस्यता की स्थिति एवं सदस्यों के आई कार्ड की प्रगति से अवगत कराया। पत्रकारिता दिवस पर संगोष्ठी एवं उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले पत्रकारों को सम्मानित करने का निर्णय भी बैठक में लिया गया।

अध्यक्ष ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा तैयार की जा रही है। कार्यक्रम का स्वरूप कैसा हो इसको लेकर संगठन की अगली बैठक जल्द होगी। बैठक में इस बात पर सभी सदस्यों का जोर रहा कि संगठन का धेय्य सदस्य संख्या बढ़ाना नही, बल्कि सकारात्मक सोच के साथ अच्छे लोंगो को संगठित करने एवं उनके साथ चलने का होना चाहिए। बैठक में तहसील स्तर पर प्रभारियों के नाम पर भी चर्चा हुई जिसमें कादीपुर तहसील का प्रभारी रमाकांत बरनवाल एवं जयसिंहपुर का प्रभारी मनोज पांडेय को बनाया गया। संगठन के संरक्षक वरिष्ठ पत्रकार केके तिवारी एवं सतीश तिवारी ने संगठन को और सक्रिय करने का सुझाव देते हुए नई कमेटी के कार्यों को सराहा। इस मौके पर राजेश मिश्रा, नीरज श्रीवास्तव, आशुतोष मिश्रा, राजेंद्र यादव, दयाशंकर गुप्ता, राम नारायण चौरसिया, संतोष मिश्रा, सत्य प्रकाश गुप्ता, देवेश सिंह, मनोज पांडे, राम लखन मौर्य, अतुल पांडे आदि मौजूद रहे।

गाय के गोबर से बनाया जाएगा दीवारों को पेंट

लखनऊ वाराणसी जिले में एक जबरदस्त प्रयोग हो रहा है। यहां गाय के गोबर से अब पेंटर और डिस्टेंपर बनाया जाएगा। फिलहाल सेवापुरी ब्लॉक में इसका प्लांट बनाया जाएगा। गाय के गोबर से बने पेंट से पक्की दीवारों को चमकाया जाएगा। इसका निर्माण खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग आयोग कराएगा। बताया जा रहा है कि 15 जून से उत्पादन शुरू करने का लक्ष्य है। खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग आयोग ने अब तक 115 गोशालाओं से संपर्क साधा गया है। स्थानीय गोपालकों से भी गोबर की खरीदने की तैयारी है।खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग आयोग के निदेशक डीएस भाटी के मुताबिक गोपालकों को प्रति किलो गोबर के एवज में 5 रुपए दिए जाएगें। इस प्लांट की वजह से क्षेत्र में रोजगार पैदा होगा। इसके अलावा लोग स्वरोजगार की ओर भी कदम बढ़ाएंगे। गाय के गोबर से बना पेंट पर्यावरण के बिल्कुल अनुकूल, एंटी बैक्ट्रीरियल, एंटी फंगल, सामान्य पेंट के मुकाबले यह सस्ता और गंधरहित रहेगा।बता दें कि गाय के गोबर को बारीक किया जाएगा। फिर उसमें से 40 प्रतिशत तरल पदार्थ निकाल दिए जाएंगे। इसमें टाईटेनियम डाई-ऑक्साइड, कैल्शियम कार्बोनेट, थिनर और प्राकृतिक रंग मिलाकर पेंट बनाया जाएगा. यह पेंट खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग आयोग के शोरूम में बिकेगा। शुरुआत में सफेद डिस्टेंपर और पेंट आएगा। इससे दीवार के अलावा लोहे के रॉड को भी पेंट किया जा सकेगा।आयोग के निदेशक डीएस भाटी ने बताया कि वाराणसी में पहली बार गोबर से पेंट बनवाया जा रहा है। यह प्रदेश स्तर पर भी पहली बार ही हो रहा है।आगे बताया कि, सेवापुरी में 15 जून से प्लांट में गाय के गोबर से डिस्टेंपर और पेंट का उत्पादन कराने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित है।इस पेंट की कीमत बाजार में बेहद कम रहेगी।

योगी आदित्यनाथ ने जनप्रतिनिधियों के समस्याओं के निपटारे के लिए अलग से व्यवस्था बनाने के दिए निर्देश

लखनऊ योगी सरकार 2.0 में अब जनप्रतिनिधियों की सुनवाई की कमान खुद CM दफ्तर संभालेगा। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने आज टीम-9 की बैठक में अधिकारियों को इसके लिए निर्देश जारी किया है। सीएम योगी ने कहा है कि जनप्रतिनिधियों की शिकायत,समस्याओं और सुझावों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय में अलग से व्यवस्था बनाई जाए।

इतना ही नही मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जनप्रतिनिधियों की किसी भी तरह की शिकायत पर तुरंत एक्शन होना चाहिए। अगर कोई जनप्रतिनिधि कोई सुझाव देता है तो उस पर भी विचार होना चाहिए। दरअसल, पिछली सरकार में तमाम जनप्रतिनिधि यह आरोप लगाते थे कि अधिकारी उनकी सुनवाई नहीं करते हैं।मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने कहा कि मंत्रिपरिषद के सामने सभी विभागों की 100 दिन, 6 महीने, 1 साल, 2 साल और 5 साल की कार्ययोजना का प्रेजेंटेशन हो चुका है। अब इस एजेंडे को लेकर मंत्रियों के सुझावों को शामिल करते हुए अब कार्ययोजना के एक्शन पर जोर होना चाहिए। जो भी लक्ष्य निर्धारित हुए है उसे तय समय से पूरा किया जाए। इसके साथ ही प्रगति रिपोर्ट के बारें मे मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय को भी जानकारी दी जाए।

गर्भवती हो गई थी युवती, दोनों ने कर ली खुदकुशी

लखनऊ फतेहपुर जिले में स्थित कुरस्तीकला स्टेशन के पास रेलवे ट्रैक पर एक युवक और युवती की लाश मिली है। प्राप्त जानकारी के मुताबिक ये दोनों रिश्ते में मौसेरे भाई-बहन थे जिन्होंने प्रयागराज-जयपुर सुपरफास्ट एक्सप्रेस के आगे कूदकर जान दे दी थी। पुलिस ने मौके पर मिले मोबाइल फोन से उनके परिजनों को सूचना दी। तब उनकी ये हकीकत सामने आई।पुलिस ने बताया कि दोनों लोगों के बीच प्रेम प्रसंग था और वे शादी करना चाहते थे। वहीं पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में युवती के गर्भवती होने की बात सामने आई है। थाना प्रभारी ने बताया कि शुरुआती जांच में यह प्रेम प्रसंग का मामला प्रतीत हो रहा है। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में इन दोनों के सिर के साथ-साथ शरीर में गहरी चोट लगने को मौत की वजह बताया गया है। इसके साथ ही युवती के गर्भवती होने की पुष्टि भी हुई है। उन्होंने कहा हमें पता चला कि युवक-युवती में प्रेम प्रसंग था लेकिन इनके परिजन शादी नहीं करना चाहते थे। इसी कारण दोनों ने ट्रेन से कटकर आत्महत्या कर ली।पुलिस ने बताया कि गाजीपुर थानाक्षेत्र में रहने वाले किसान का 26 वर्षीय यह बेटा पुणे में शटरिंग का काम करता था। कुछ दिनों पहले ही वह गांव आया था। युवक के पिता के मुताबिक उनके बेटे ने शाम को फोन करके कहा कि वह बस में बैठने जा रहा है। इसके बाद हमें पता चला कि बेटे के साथ साढ़ू की बेटी का शव रेलवे ट्रैक पर पड़ा मिला है।

अमेठी पुलिस और बदमाशों के बीच हुई मुठभेड़ 6 बदमाश गिरफ्तार

अमेठी जिले में रविवार देर रात बदमाशों और पुलिस के बीच मुठभेड़ हो गई। पुलिस मुठभेड़ में 25 हजार के इनामी गैंगेस्टर महेश सिंह को लगी गोली तो बस्ती जिले का रहने वाला महेश का साथी अनुज प्रताप सिंह को गोली लगी है। बदमाशों की गोली से अमेठी एसओजी प्रभारी धीरेन्द्र वर्मा भी घायल हो गए।उनके हाथ में गोली लगी है।

घायल बदमाश और एसओजी प्रभारी को जगदीशपुर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में इलाज के लिए भर्ती कराया गया है।मुठभेड़ के दौरान पुलिस टीम को बदमाशों के पास से दो अवैध पिस्टल और एक काली स्कार्पियो बरामद हुई है।आपको बता दें गिरफ्तार बदमाश और उसका साथ हाईवे पर लूट की घटनाओं को अंजाम दिया करते थे।लंबे समय से अमेठी पुलिस इनकी तलाश कर रही थी। मुठभेड़ की सूचना मिलते ही अमेठी अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक विनोद कुमार पांडे और मुसाफिरखाना सर्किल के क्षेत्राधिकारी अर्पित कपूर भी पहुंच गए। मुठभेड़ कादूनाला स्थित जंगल के पास हुई। जिसके बाद अमेठी पुलिस ने कॉम्बिंग के बाद दोनों बदमाशों समेत 6 लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस के मुताबिक गिरफ्तार बदमाश कई मामलों में वांछित थे। इनकी गिरफ़्तारी के बाद इलाके में अपराध पर अंकुश लगेगा।

जिलाधिकारी ने जनता दर्शन में जन समस्याओं का किया निस्तारण

सुलतानपुर शासन से प्राप्त निर्देशानुसार जिलाधिकारी रवीश गुप्ता ने आज सोमवार को कलेक्ट्रेट स्थित अपने कक्ष में जनता दर्शन में आये जन सामान्य की कोविड -19 की टेस्टिंग कराने के पश्चात सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का अनुपालन कराते हुए जन सामान्य की समस्याओं/शिकायतों को गम्भीरता पूर्वक सुनकर उसका समय से निस्तारण हेतु सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया। जिलाधिकारी ने जनता दर्शन में प्राप्त प्रार्थना पत्रो को संबंधित अधिकारियों को निस्तारण हेतु प्रेषण करने के निर्देश उपस्थित अधिकारियों को दिये। उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि संबंधित अधिकारी प्राप्त शिकायतों का निस्तारण प्राथमिकता के आधार पर करना सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि लोगों का ज्यादा से ज्यादा भला हो सके। इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता न बरती जाए।

जीआरपी ने बोगी से गहने भरे बैग को सौंपा

सुलतानपुर। रविवार को आईशा खान पत्नी तारिक खान नि0 बंकेपुर थाना धंमौर का दिल अयोध्या जीआरपी ने जीत लिया। ट्रेन नं0 22183 साकेत एक्सप्रेस के कोच संख्या S2 से यात्रा के दौरान सुल्तानपुर जंक्शन पर घर जाने के लिए उतर गयीं लेकिन उतरने के दौरान उनका दौरान लाल रंग बैग ट्रेन में ही रह गया। पीड़िता ने इसकी सूचना जीआरपी सुल्तानपुर को दिया ।उप निरीक्षक अरविन्द कुमार तिवारी ने प्रकरण की सूचना जीआरपी अयोध्या को दिया। कांस्टेबल पवन कुमार वत्स द्वारा तत्परता से साकेत एक्स में लगे स्कोर्ट कर्मियों व प्लेटफार्म ड्यूटी पर लगे हेड कांस्टेबल मुकेश कुमार सिंह व अश्वनी कुमार सिंह को बैग ढूढने के लिए बताया गया । रेलवे स्टेशन अयोध्या कैन्ट पहुँचने पर टीम ने लाल रंग का बैग बरामद किया।सूचना पर पीड़िता आईशा खान अपने ससुर मेंहदी हसन के साथ अयोध्या पहुँची।अपना बैग का ताला खोलकर देखा तो बैग में सोने का हार, कान का झुमका, सोने की अंगूठी, पायल चांदी का और पासपोर्ट व कपड़ा सुरक्षित पाया ।लोगों ने पुलिस के इस सराहनीय कार्य की भूरि भूरि प्रशंसा की गई।
