बीमारियाँ दूर होती है जिनके कारन हम सभी अक्सर परेशान रहते हैं.दिन भर ऑफिस में काम करते-करते इतने थक जाते हैं की हमारे शरीर में लाखों ऐसे बीमारियाँ हो जाती है जीना हमे जल्दी पता ही नहीं चल पता है और बाल्टी गुनगुने पानी में दो संतरे के छिलके डालें. 10 मिनट बाद इन्हे निकालकर नहाएं. इससे माशपेशियों में दर्द और स्किन इंफेक्शन दूर हो जायेगा. हल्दी का पेस्ट: यदि आपके स्किन में खुजली, रेशेस, जलन आदि हो रख दें. सुबह इसे एक बाल्टी पानी में मिलाकर नहाएं. इससे स्किन इंफेक्शन दूर होगा. नीम के पत्ते: एक गिलास पानी में 8 से 10 नीम के पत्ते उबाल लें. ठंडा होने पर छान लें. इसे एक बाल्टी पानी में मिलाकर नहाएं. स्किन इंफेक्शन और सूजन दूर होगी. फिटकरी और सेंधा नमक: एक बाल्टी पानी में एक-एक चम्मच फिटकरी और सेंधा नमक मिलाकर नहाएं .इससे बॉडी का ब्लड सर्कुलेशन सुधरेगा जिससे स्ट्रेस और मसल्स पेन दूर होगा. गुलाब जल: एक बाल्टी पानी में 3 से 4 चम्मच गुलाब जल मिलाकर नहाएं. इससे मसल्स रिलैक्स होंगी, साथ ही बॉडी की बदबू भी दूर होंगी. कपूर: एक बाल्टी पानी में कपूर के 2 या 3 टुकड़े डालकर मिला लें. इससे नहाने बेहद फायदेमंद होता है और इस चीज की सहायता से आप अपना वजन तेजी से भी बढ़ा पाएंगे। दूध के साथ करें इस चीज का सेवन: अश्वगंधा के द्वारा अपना वजन बढ़ाने की सोच रहे है, तो अश्वगंधा को दूध के साथ सेवाव करना एक है. धोनी की कप्तानी में चेन्नई सुपर किं,ग्स ने आईपीएल का तीन बार खिताब अपना नाम किया है. चेन्नई सुपर किं,ग्स में अनुभव के साथ साथ युवा खिलाड़ी भी मौजूद है. साल 2020 का आईपीएल चेन्नई सुपर किं,ग्स के
