UP Govt. Internship (Training) Scheme 2020 for Class 10th / 12th / Graduation Students for Employment

Uttar Pradesh govt. is going to start UP Internship Scheme 2020 for students to enable them to seek employment. In this UP Govt. Training Scheme, the state govt. will provide internship to students of class 10th, 12th as well as those pursuing graduation. There will be 6 months course and 1 year course to enable youth to get jobs as per their qualification. Moreover, Yogi Adityanath has also announced to provide honorarium of Rs. 2,500 per month.
The UP New Internship Scheme 2020 is going to brighten the prospects of youths to get quality employment. All those candidates who pursue this training course would also be provided with placement opportunities at the state level. The state govt. will launch this scheme as CM Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS). Moreover, another scheme named UP Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan would also be launched to start YUVA Hubs in every district.

The main aim of UP Training Scheme 2020 is to tackle the problem of rising unemployment in the country. Yogi Adityanath govt. is committed towards the welfare of youths by providing them with industry level training.

UP Internship Scheme 2020 for Class 10th / 12th / Graduation Students

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced to start Internship Scheme 2020 for students of class 10, 12 and graduation. All the youths can avail this training to get suitable employment. CM Yogi was addressing job fair organised by Dept. of Labour and Employment Exchange at Gorakhpur University. Under the UP Govt. Training Scheme, students would be linked to various technical institutes and industries.

Each youth who will pursue training under UP Internship Scheme 2020 of 6 months and 1 year will be given Rs. 2500 per month. Out of this amount, Rs. 1500 will be given by the central govt. and Rs. 1,000 would be provided by the Uttar Pradesh government. Upon completion of training, govt. will help youths in getting jobs and an HR cell would also be created for placement.

CM Yogi Adityanath also said that govt. has decided to mandatory recruit 20% girls in police department in UP. This will enable girls to contribute towards the state's security. Uttar Pradesh govt. is making efforts to open an ITI and skill development centre in each tehsil of UP. This would give a platform to the youth for the enhancement of their skills. 

CM also referred to ongoing Defence Expo 2020 which was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi on 5 February 2020 in Lucknow. This DefExpo provides an opportunity to connect with glorious moments of India's valour and military history.

In this event, through their participation, defence ministers, defence chiefs and ambassadors of 70 countries have proved that India will not remain an importer only but will become exporter in the field of defense.

Tamil Nadu department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj is providing 50% govt. subsidy or Rs. 25,000 (whichever is less) on purchase of 2 wheeler vehicles. Amma 2 Wheeler Scheme 2020 Eligibility Criteria

An applicant is only eligible for the Amma Two Wheeler Scheme when she follows the following eligibility criteria:-
  • She must be a permanent resident of Tamil Nadu state.
  • Her age must lie in the age group of 18 to 45 years which is now raised. Previously, only those women whose age was b/w 18 to 40 years were eligible.
  • Women annual income must be less than Rs. 2.5 lakh are only eligible. This includes anganwadi workers, helpers, noon meal organisers, cooks, assistant cook, women workers in cooperative societies and shops, women holding similar positions in various govt. departments, govt. undertakings, urban and local bodies.
  • Only one female member in a family can apply for subsidy on purchase of vehicles under Amma 2 Wheeler Scheme.
  • Only those vehicles which have capacity of less than 125 cc are available in this scheme.

Moreover, Tamil Nadu govt. will give preference to those families which are run by an individual woman, disabled and transgenders. The earlier norm of the beneficiary having to have "appeared" for class 8th exam - irrespective of whether they have passed or failed - has been deleted in the amended government order (G.O) released on 29 November 2019.

Madhya Pradesh government inviting online applications for MP Yuva Swabhiman Yojana 2020 at yuvaswabhimaan.mp.gov.in. The complete scheme details, rules, dashboard can be checked at the official website. People can now make login to apply online and fill MP Yuva Swabhiman Yojana 2020 Online Registration Form. In the Yuva Swabhimaan Yojna Phase 2 (2.0), the state govt. will provide 5,000 per month as stipend (60,000 per year) and 365 days of working (hence payable) days.

After reading the rules and scheme details, people can fill MP Yuva Swabhiman Yojana Apply Online Form. On subsequent approval from the state govt, each candidate is entitled to 5,000 per month as stipend in MP Yuva Swabhiman scheme phase 2 starting from 1 Feb 2020. Moreover, all the unemployed youths will get 365 payable days of working on the lines of MGNREGA. 

It is important to note that in the 1st phase of the scheme as mentioned in the rules, each jobless youth was entitled to Rs. 4,000 per month as stipend for 100 working days (i.e 12,000 to 13,000 per year). This was equals to 1,000 per month if we calculate it for the entire year. But as per the new notification, people will get Rs. 5k stipend for each month and the entire year work which equals to 60,000 per month. 

There are around 6.5 lakh students in the Madhya Pradesh state who will receive benefits of this temporary employment scheme. After getting suitable job as per their qualification, people would be ineligible and would stop receiving its benefits.

The online application / registration process against these mentioned schemes / services is available at the saralharyana.gov.in. Central govt. of India has launched Gram Swaraj e-Learning Portal at gramswaraj.nirdpr.in. The complete GramSwaraj Online Certificate Courses List is now available at the official website. People can now make online registration & login for enrollment in course available at Gram Swaraj Portal. People can now check 43 online course list from NIRDPR on various subjects like Panchayati Raj, Skill Development, Climate Change and Biodiversity.
National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR) has developed the GramSwaraj e-Learning Portal. This Gram Swaraj Portal aims to encourage learning on rural development. These courses can be accessed from anywhere and anytime. This platform enables people to virtually connect and attend training and workshops organized at NIRDPR campus.

Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) invites Baal Aadhaar Card online registration form 2020. People can now fill online application form for blue coloured aadhar card for children below 5 years of age at nearby located aadhaar seva kendras. Check supporting documents list, book a slot and apply online for central govt. Baal Aadhar Card at uidai.gov.in.  
Baal Aadhaar Cards could be made for new born babies as well as school going children less than 5 year age. Once the child attains age of 5 years, these Baal Aadhar card needs to be updated and reactivated. The reason for updation is that bio-metrics (fingerprints) and iris (retina scan) of child are not developed.

  • Here candidates can book an appointment at UIDAI run Aadhaar Seva Kendra for which city / location needs to be entered. Select the location and click at Proceed to Book Appointment button.
  • Enter your mobile number and click at Generate OTP button to get OTP on your mobile. Afterwards, enter the OTP and click at Verify OTP button to open the Baal Aadhar Card online application form for slot booking.

Baal Aadhar Card List of Documents Required

All the applicants can make Baal Aadhaar Card for infants by showing the Discharge Slip of Hospitals. In case discharge slip is not present, then apply for Baal Aadhar Card through Birth Certificate in addition to aadhar card of one of the parents. In addition to this, school identity card of children can also be used to apply for Baal Aadhar Card online.

A child below 5 years gets a blue coloured BaalAadhaar, which is valid till the child becomes 5 yr old. A mandatory biometric update is required to reactivate the children Aadhaar. Rashtriya Arogya Nidhi (RAN) Scheme 2020-21 - Rs. 15 Lakh Aid For Ayushman Bharat Yojana Beneficiaries

Now all the Ayushman Bharat Yojana beneficiaries can get financial assistance upto Rs. 15 lakh under Rashtriya Arogya Nidhi (RAN) Scheme 2020-21. All those people who are not covered under various PM Jan Aarogya Yojana packages of health insurance can avail this aid. Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of central government has issued revised guidelines for this RAN scheme 2020-2021. Here are the guidelines, NHA role in implementation and complete details of the scheme.
As Ayushman Bharat Yojana only provides cashless treatment upto Rs. 5 lakh. But treatment cost for poor people who are suffering from critical illnesses goes much higher than this amount. So to meet the cost of expensive treatment, Rashtriya Arogya Nidhi Scheme 2020-2021 has been launched. In this RAN umbrella scheme, people can get cashless treatment upto Rs. 15 lakh.  

For this purpose, each PMJAY beneficiary will have to get certified from government hospital that his / her condition is not covered under Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Such patients can then avail assistance under Rashtriya Aarogya Nidhi Yojana. 

Rashtriya Arogya Nidhi (RAN) Scheme 2020-2021 for AB-PMJAY Beneficiaries

The flagship Ayushman Bharat Scheme (PM Jan Arogya Yojana) was launched by PM Narendra Modi. This health insurance scheme provide free treatment upto Rs. 5 lakh in all govt. and private empanelled hospitals. The assistance is provided on the basis of package rates of that particular disease. But some AB-PMJAY beneficiaries suffers from disease which are not covered in PMJAY packages and cost of treatment of such disease is also higher. So, Rashtriya Arogya Nidhi Scheme 2020-2021 has been started.  
All those Ayushman Bharat Yojana beneficiaries who requires treatment upto Rs. 15 lakh can avail assistance under RAN Scheme 2020-21. Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has issued revised guidelines of RAN umbrella scheme 2020. The new RAN scheme guidelines have been issued after receiving complaints from poor patients suffering from life threatening diseases.
The Rashtriya Arogya Nidhi Scheme will enable poor people who are not covered under Ayushman Bharat - PM Jan Arogya Yojana to get full treatment of their disease. The Union govt. has already sent memorandum to all govt. hospitals, all regional cancer centres, health secretaries of all states, dept. of expenditure and National Health Authority.

National Health Agency (NHA) Guidelines on RAN Scheme 2020-21


National Health Agency (NHA) is the apex body for implementation of Ayushman Bharat PM Jan Arogya Yojana Health Insurance Scheme. On getting medical advice that suggested treatment is not covered under PMJAY approved list of packages, financial assistance upto Rs. 15 lakh can be provided under RAN scheme 2020-21. The complete assistance amount to be given under Rashtriya Arogya Nidhi Scheme. AIIMS and NHA had earlier suggested Ministry of Health and Family welfare that patients who are deprived treatment under AB-PMJAY Scheme could be covered under RAN.
  
Poor patients who had been refused treatment under PMJAY Scheme like people suffering from blood cancer, chronic liver diseases, organ / bone marrow transplant can avail treatment under RAN Scheme. Various other serious ailments whose name is not present in 1,393 medical packages of Ayushman Bharat Scheme could also be treated under Rashtriya Arogya Nidhi Scheme 2020-21. 

Health ministry has also sent a proposal to central govt. to raise the limit of Rs. 5 lakh p.a so that patients under PM-JAY can avail facilities under Ayushman Bharat Yojana only. National Human Rights Commission is checking report against complaints of patients who are holding BPL cards but are not getting Ayushman Bharat Yojana benefits. This report also mentions that people who had availed benefits of PM Jan Arogya Yojana and even if they suffer from life threatening diseases whose expenditure is more than Rs. 5 lakh are not covered under AB-PMJAY Scheme. 

Ministry of Health has made amendment in guidelines in interest of poor patients to enable them to get cashless treatment upto Rs. 15 lakh for treatment of life threatening diseases. RAN Scheme will include patients who requires kidney transplant, bone marrow or liver transplant. Such PMJAY beneficiary patients who suffers and faces problems in getting treatment would now be covered under Rashtriya Arogya Nidhi Scheme 2020-2021.

All welfare policies of central government are meant to benefit poor people so they must be reviewed on a timely basis. Policy makers and bureaucracy should be empathetic towards beneficiaries of its schemes. Responsible doctors should also remain vigilant about such things.

The state govt. has already given its approval to replace blue cards under Atta Dal Scheme with new smart ration cards. Food and civil supplies department has started process of Punjab Smart Ration Scheme Application Form PDF download at the official website.   1. The total number of beneficiaries of Punjab Smart Ration Card Scheme are 1.42 crore. 
  2. The eldest woman would be the family head. 
  3. Wheat will be given at a subsidized rate of Rs. 2 / Kg. 
  4. The biannual entitlement of wheat will be given at one go. 
  5. The distribution of subsidized food grains would be done at the doorstep of the beneficiary directly by the department of food and civil supplies of Punjab government. 
  6. Punjab Smart Ration Card Scheme beneficiary gets to keep the wheat bags in which she get the grains.
  7. Punjab Smart Ration Scheme beneficiaries are de-duplicated on the basis of Aadhaar.
  8. The beneficiary can go to the consumer court in case he / she does not get wheat as per their entitlement.
  9. Wheat is going to be delivered in 30 Kg standard packing.
  10. The officials of the department, beneficiaries, transporter, gram panchayat, nigrani committee - all will work in coordination for disbursement of wheat.
  11. There is no upper limit and every member gets 5 Kg wheat per month.

UP YUVA Hub Yojana - Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan for Employment to Youths

Uttar Pradesh govt. has presented its annual UP Budget 2020-21 on 18 February. This budget is mainly focused on reducing unemployment rate in the state. For this, the state govt. has launched 2 new youth centric schemes namely Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan (YUVA Hub) and Chief Minister Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS). Both these schemes would result in employment for youths as govt. will now provide training as well as placement to unemployed youths.
All the job less candidates who are seeking employment can now avail benefits of UP YUVA Hub Yojana and CMAPS. In the Yuva Hub Scheme, govt. will set up Yuva Hubs in each districts of the state to make youths self dependent. The jobless youths would be able to get suitable jobs as per their qualification.

In CMAPS scheme, the state govt. will provide training and internship to develop industry related skills for youths. The main purpose is to reduce the number of unemployed candidates in the state.
 

UP YUVA Hub Yojana - Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan 2020

Both the Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan and CM Apprentice Promotion Scheme will promote and benefit youths and make them self dependent. UP Yuva Hub Yojana will provide employment to lakhs of trained youths in the state. One Yuva Hub would be setup in each district of the state. An amount of Rs. 50 crore is proposed to setup YUVA Hub in every district and target has been fixed to train 2 lakh youths in various training programmes of UP Skill Development Mission.

UP state govt. has set a provision of Rs. 100 crore for CM Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS). This UP Govt. Internship Scheme will impart on-job training to youths of state. All the unemployed candidates will get this training in MSME units and govt. will link them with employment of definite period. In this scheme, jobless people will not only get training but will also get Rs. 2500 per month as stipend. 

Out of the total amount of stipend, central govt. will bear Rs. 1500, state govt. will bear Rs. 1,000 and the remaining amount is to be borne by the concerned industry.

यूपी युवा हब योजना - युवा उद्यमिता विकास अभियान in Hindi

युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान कराना इस सरकारी योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य है युवाओं के लिए बजट में एक अन्य स्कीम को भी जगह दी गई है मुख्यमंत्री प्रशिक्षु प्रोत्साहन योजना जिसके तहत ट्रेनिंग करने वाले प्रत्येक युवा को 2,500 रुपए प्रतिमाह मिलेंगे। युवा हब का एक उद्देश्य युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण के बाद नौकरी प्राप्त करने में सक्षम बनाएगा। उत्तर प्रदेश बजट 2020-21 में घोषित की गयी सरकारी योजनाओं की सूची:-

Maharashtra government is inviting Mahaswayam Employment Online Registration Form at mahaswayam.gov.in. All those people who are seeking rojgar (job) opportunities can register online at mahaswayam portal. Rojgar Mahaswayam Login will provide access of jobs to jobseekers as per employers requirement. Applicants can now make registration at www.mahaswayam.gov.in (earlier mahaswayam.in) or can make rojgar.mahaswayam.gov.in login.
The Mahaswayam unified web portal has 3 parts:-
-- 1st is for employment for youth (Maharojgar)
-- 2nd is skill development (MSSDS)
-- 3rd is self employment (Mahaswayamrojgar)

Now all the 3 web portals have been merged into one Mahaswayam Web Portal containing these 3 sections. Interested job seekers can make mahaswayam employment registration and login at mahaswayam.gov.in

  • Firstly, go to the Maharashtra Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Department official website at https://www.mahaswayam.gov.in/
  • At the homepage, click the "Employment" tab present in the header section.
  • Applicants can even directly click the given link for Rojgar Mahaswayam Registration at https://rojgar.mahaswayam.gov.in/#/home/index
  • This will open the Rojgar Mahaswayam Portal Login page which will appear as shown below:-

  • All the fresh job seekers who do not have any account at the Mahaswayam Portal can make registration first by clicking the Registration tab under Jobseeker Login as shown above in the image. Jobseekers can even search relevant jobs from List of Jobs by entering their skills / sectors / educations / districts.
  • Afterwards, New Mahaswayam Employment Portal Jobseeker Registration Form 2020 will appear as shown below:-
  • Applicants can fill the required details accurately as per the details in their Aadhaar Card. After saving their details at the rojgar mahaswayam portal, click at Next button. Finally, candidates can click the Register button to complete the Mahaswayam Employment Online Registration form filling process.

AP Jagananna Chedodu Scheme 2020 for Nayee Brahmins (Hair Dressing), Rangrej (Tailoring) & Rajaka (Laundry)

Andhra Pradesh government has announced to start AP Jagananna Chedodu Scheme 2020 in the state soon. In this scheme, the state govt. will provide Rs. 10,000 per annum to occupational groups. These includes people from nayee brahmins, rangrej and rajaka caste. Their respective occupational groups are hair dressing (naayi), tailoring / needling and laundry. CM Jagan Mohan Reddy will mark the official launch of this scheme.


This assistance under AP Jagan Anna Chedodu Scheme is required for occupational category people to survive in the growing competition. These people who depend on daily earnings can sustain their livelihood with the assistance amount and lead a life of dignity and honour.

As it was a pre-poll promise of the CM YS Jagan led YSRCP government, so the state govt. will implement this scheme soon.

The people from the 3 castes who are Jagananna Chedodu Scheme beneficiaries constitute over 16% of the entire AP population. (as per the official data). Accordingly to benefit such a mass section of society, CM is going to launch Jagan Anna Chedodu Scheme to give them assistance of Rs. 10,000 per annum. 

All the beneficiaries can utilize this money for growing their own business or for any other personal use. It is the first-of-its-kind initiative in India where assistance is given to occupational category people for their welfare. People engaged in hair dressing, tailoring or laundry business generally requires money to purchase their working tools for which they have to borrow money from the market.

This money comes at a huge interest rate from market. So, to ensure that people from the above mentioned 3 castes does not falls into debt trap, the govt. has started AP Jagananna Chedodu Scheme 2020. 

Hasir Alo Free Electricity | Chai Sundari Housing Scheme in West Bengal Budget 2020-2021

West Bengal government has announced to start Hasir Alo Free Electricity Scheme and Chai Sundari Housing Scheme. The recent WB Budget 2020-2021 was presented on 10 February 2020 with total outlay of Rs. 2,55,677 crore. Under Hasir Alo Scheme, the state govt. will provide muft bijli (free electricity) on quarterly consumption of upto 75 units. Moreover, Chai Sundari Scheme aims to provide affordable housing to tea garden workers. These 2 schemes to benefit 38 lakh people with an outlay of 700 crore.
The state govt. of West Bengal has also announced to start 2 new pension schemes for senior citizens. The name of these schemes are Jai Johar and Bandhu Prakalpa Pension Schemes 2020. All those left out ST and SC category people above 60 years of age who doesn't get pension from any agency would be covered. All of these elderly people would get Rs. 1,000 per month as pension. These 2 pension schemes to cover 5 lakh people with an outlay of Rs. 2500 crore.

These 4 schemes would be populist in the near future as all of these covers a large section of population.

WB Hasir Alo & Chai Sundari Scheme 2020

Below is the complete details of the Hasir Alo Scheme, Chai Sundari Scheme and other schemes announced in the West Bengal budget 2020-21:- 
  • Hasir Alo Free Electricity Scheme - Hasir Alo Scheme has been launched to provide free electricity for consumers with quarterly consumption upto 75 units. The Hasir Alo Scheme 2020 would benefit nearly 35 lakh poor families with an allocation of Rs. 200 crore.
  • Chai Sundari Housing Scheme - Chai Sundari Scheme has been build houses for all permanent tea garden workers. WB govt. allocates Rs. 500 crore for the Chai Sundari Scheme 2020 for tea garden workers. The affordable housing scheme is going to benefit around 3 lakh workers in 370 tea gardens in the state.
  • Jai Johar ST Pension Scheme - Scheduled Tribe (ST) community people above 60 years of age who are not getting pension from any agency would be covered under Jai Johar Scheme 2020. Over 1 lakh ST category people would be given Rs. 1,000 per month as pension.
  • Bandhu Prakalpa SC Pension Scheme - Scheduled Caste (SC) community people above 60 years of age who doesn't get pension from any agency would be covered under Bandhu Prakalpa Scheme 2020. Over 4 lakh SC category people would be given Rs. 1,000 per month as pension with an outlay of Rs. 2,500 crore. 
West Bengal state govt. is also going to open 3 more universities for which 50 crore has been allocated. The state govt. will setup of 100 new MSME parks across the state in the next 3 years to generate employment with an allocation of Rs. 200 crore. 

The WB govt. has proposed agricultural income tax waiver for tea gardens in the next 2 fiscal years i.e FY 2020 & 2021. Mahatma Gandhi, Jai Hind and Azad Civil Service Academy would be set up. WB Finance Minister Amit Mitra said that in FY 2019-20, the central govt. has denied Rs. 89,000 crore to the West Bengal government.

 वाराणसी । विधुत मज़दूर पंचायत उ0प्र0 की एक आवश्यक बैठक आज  पन्नालाल पार्क विधुत उपकेंद्र पर कर्मचारी समस्याओं को सुनने, संकलित करने एवं कल कार्यालय अधिशासी अभियंता नगरीय विधुत वितरण खंड-पंचम इमिलियाघाट पर कर्मचारी समस्याओ का बार-बार अनुरोध के बाद भी समाधान न करने पर बाध्य होकर जोरदार प्रदर्शन की तैयारी किया ।
  प्रांतीय अतिरिक्त महामंत्री डॉ0 आर 0बी0 सिंह  ने बताया कि बनारस के प्रत्येक बिजलीघरों  पर एस0एस0ओ0 के साथ एक-एक हेल्पर की तैनाती का टेंडर प्रबन्ध निदेशक पूर्वांचल विधुत वितरण निगम द्वारा पूर्व में ही किया जा चुका है जो अभी भी प्रभावी है एवं संगठन  के साथ  अधीक्षण अभियंता नगरीय विधुत वितरण मण्डल -द्वितीय द्वारा द्विपक्षीय वार्ता में हुए समझौते के बाद सभी अधिशासी अभियंता को नवम्बर 2019 में ही एस0एस0ओ0 के साथ प्रत्येक शिफ्ट में हेल्पर रखने हेतु निर्देशित करने में पश्चात भी अधिशासी अभियंता द्वारा हेल्पर की तैनाती में हिला-हवाली करने से स्पष्ट है कि अधिशासी अभियंता के लिए उच्चधिकारियों के निर्देश का भी कोई मतलब नही है।
   पूर्वांचल मंत्री आर0के0वाही ने बताया कि प्रबन्ध निदेशक और अधीक्षण अभियंता के निर्देश के बाद भी अधिशासी अभियंता का कर्मचारियों की न्यौचित मांग को पूरा न करना यह दर्शाता है कि वो निरंकुश हो चुके है।
  श्री वाही ने यह भी कहा कि प्रबन्ध निदेशक को कर्मचारियों की इस न्यायउचित मांग को पूरे पूर्वांचल के विधुत उपकेंद्रों पर लागू कराने हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित करना चाहिए।
 

मंडल मंत्री अंकुर पाण्डेय ने बताया कि कर्मचारी इस समय विभाग की तरक्की और अनवरत विधुत आपूर्ति हेतु संकल्पित है किंतु अधिशासी अभियंता के हठधर्मिता के कारण   बाध्य होकर कल दिनाँक:- *11/12/2020 , दिन:- शुक्रवार* से अधिशासी अभियंता नगरीय विधुत वितरण खण्ड- पंचम इमिलिया घाट (कैंटोमेंट) के कार्यालय पर अनिश्चित कालीन धरना प्रदर्शन करेंगे । जिसका पत्र  सभी कार्यालयों, जैसे अधिशासी अभियंता, अधीक्षण अभियंता, मुख्य अभियंता, जिलाधिकारी, वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक , उपश्रमायुक्त वाराणसी आदि को दिया जा चुका है इससे पहले 2दिसम्बर को सभी अधिशासी अभियंता को पत्र द्वारा हेल्पर रखने हेतु अनुरोध किया गया था जिसकी भी कॉपी उपरोक्त सभी को रिसीव कराई गई थी लेकिन अब तक उस पर अधिशासी अभियंताओ द्वारा कोई कार्य नही किया गया । जिससे बाध्य होकर कर्मचारी हित मे आंदोलन का रास्ता अपनाना पड़ा है।
